During antibiotic treatment: Take 1 capsule of phase 1 (Probio7 Ultra) for 15 days. If your antibiotic course is longer, we recommend continuing with Probio7 Ultra until finished. Leave 2-4 hours between taking Probio7 Ultra and your antibiotic.

Once your antibiotic treatment has finished, take 1 capsule of phase 2 (Probio7 Advanced) for 15 days.
